Return and refund policy for the group breathwork sessions
1. Terms of return (Number of days)
Participants may request a cancellation or refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. After this 48 hour window, bookings become non‑refundable.
2. State of return (Condition requirements)
Because this is a service, not a physical product, “state of return” refers to the booking status:
- The booking must be unused (you have not attended the session).
- Once a session has started or been attended, it is not eligible for return or refund.
3. Reason for return
Eligible reasons for requesting a return or refund include:
- You can no longer attend and notify us 48 hours in advance
- The facilitator cancels the session
- You were booked into the wrong session due to a system error
- A medical or wellbeing‑related contraindication is identified before the session begins
Not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind within 48 hours
- Non‑attendance
- Late arrival preventing participation
- Technical issues on the participant’s side for online sessions
4. Process for return (How to initiate a return)
To request a cancellation, transfer, or refund:

- Include your full name, session date, and booking reference
- State whether you are requesting a refund, transfer or credit
You will receive a response within 2–3 working days.
5. Process of refund (Terms, duration, payment details)
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
- If the facilitator cancels the session, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a future session
