Refund Policy

Products terms of return:

• Returns will be accepted for products that are unused in the original packaging.

Services terms of return (individual and group coaching services):

• Full refund 4 weeks prior to the course start date. 
• 50% refund 2 weeks before the course start date. 
• 25% refund 1 week before the course start date.

Refund conditions:

• Reason for return: State the reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product).
• Process for return: Please contact customer service info@christinachanner.com within 5 working days of your purchase to request a refund.
• Process of refund: Refunds are issued within 5 working days for services. Refunds for products will be processed once the products have been inspected., any damages this will be deducted from the refund.
