Prior to the training your organisation will complete a needs assessment to understand the specific requirements of your organisation.
Provide pre session materials to help participants prepare for the training.
Coordinate with your team to set up the training session to support participants to attend.

Follow up support is provided to address any questions or concerns.
Additional resources and materials are provided to reinforce learning.
Training evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the training and identify the participants further training needs.
