- Personalised breathwork plan - Based on your needs, I’ll create a tailored program using specific breathwork techniques (e.g. conscious connected breathing, box breathing, transformational breath).
- One to one: Guided sessions (Online or In-Person) - Each session begins with a check-in, followed by a guided breathwork practice and post-session integration coaching.
- Integration and Support - Between sessions, you’ll receive journaling prompts, voice notes, or mini practices to help you stay connected and supported on your journey.
- Ongoing Transformation - With consistent practice, you’ll begin to notice powerful shifts in your mindset, emotions and overall wellbeing.
